My attempt to show my appreciation for yoga and how much it has changed my life.  The painting puts the viewer in “full lotus” , a yoga pose.  In this piece we become the lotus flower in bloom. This painting is about enlightenment as well as becoming our full potential physically, spiritually and mentally.
