My attempt to show my appreciation for yoga and how much it has changed my life. The painting puts the viewer in “full lotus”, a yoga pose. In this piece we become the lotus flower in bloom. This painting is about enlightenment as well as becoming our full potential physically, spiritually and mentally. This is my attempt to show my appreciation for yoga and how much it has changed my life.
